My Amazon account is deactivated due to multiple account , but I only have one account.
i recently received an email from Amazon that our account is deactivated because it is associated with another account named Drogon hub. We have recently started business and our company is formad in April and we have registered this account on April then how we have an account earlier without any company.
First we are really confused ,because we do not recognise the other account mentioned in the email , so we have contacted Amazon acc health specialist. And they said Amazon have matched some information of that account to this account, and have suggested us to investigate the issue.
So we started investigation that how this error was made , we found after deel investigation we found two scenarios first one is that when I was in vacation and have network issue there so I used cyber cafe to access the account and the other scenarios is that we have negative balance to pay on Amazon and Amazon tried multiple times to charge our card but our bank keep declining the charge . And we started received invalid charge method notification on seller central page and unable to access the homepage , so we decided to borrow and friends card to pay off the negative balance , so we have borrowed the friends card to repay that negative balance , but we are completely unaware that this card is already used on someone's seller account, so this is what we found , we have submitted this info in the account health section but we keep receiving same answer from Amazon side that provide documentation of your claim that you never own that account, I mean what is the documentation of that , we have our company registration certificate, it's tax information, and also have the local justice stamped affidavit in which it is mentioned when the company is formad , we are really disappointed as we are only 3 months on Amazon and this trauma have happened. Please someone help from Amazon to resolve this issue as we are not aware what to do next and what documents need to provide to reactivate the account

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been attempting to address. I understand that our team has concerns with your account having been associated to another, and have taken action on your account.
Have you communicated with your friend to identify if the associated account belongs to them? If it does, then you may need them to resolve their own account concerns for you to resolve yours. This will be due to there having been associated information between the two accounts.
You can attempt to provide information that disputes this, but if our team is verifying that there is an association, then any attempt to appeal will be rejected. What have you attempted to submit as of now?
