Serious payment issue pls help payment / and account health

I been selling bait over month now and my account still on reserve ?
and I don’t know why the reason and how to fix it and can’t get straight contact with customer support

also for note non apply on my account from the commons reason why the balance still 0.00

and now i have serious issue for need to this amount to keep going !!!
