How do I resend an order?
Hi, new to FBA so sorry if its been asked before but I just can’t find an answer.
Customer has contacted us to say his item is faulty. I’m happy to send a replacement but can’t work out how to do it through FBA, and I can’t send it direct as the customers address etc isn’t showing.
Thanks in advance for any help.

you need to direct the customer to amazon as its FBA - you shouldn’t be dealing with the queries or sending replacements
tell the customer to contact customer support

If it was purchased through FBA then you need to tell the customer to contact Amazon and they will sort it out.
