Account is under verification since 3 months
I am writing to express my concern regarding the prolonged delay in the verification process for my seller account. It has been nearly three months when i signed up and from then their verification process started, and unfortunately, my account is still pending approval.
Amazon has asked me couple of additional documents which i provided and they also asked about number of individuals who accessed my account and location they accessed it from, i have been contacting seller support nearly everyday but they just say that your account is still under verification, you'll get an email with information once it's done.
Could anyone please help and advice if anyone else has encountered the same problem.

Sorry, cannot offer any advice - these days verification will take as long as it takes, and it seems that there is no way of speeding things up. Full verification can take many weeks, much depending on where you live and if you have registered everything correctly for your business etc.
Contacting seller support too often just delays things as each new contact goes to the bottom of the queue. It does seem that a lot of new sellers do encounter the same problem, judging by the posts on this forum.

The delay may mean that you have not provided them with all requested or correct documents. Are you UK based, and having the documents to support that?
