Some one from outside the UK purchased my product
Afternoon all,
I am a re seller in the UK and i have listed 3 products that are FBM due to the weight.
Today i got an order from someone in Greece. I cant fulfill that order. The costs to ship it out are more than the product was brought for.
Is there any way for me to stop this from happening? I dont want to let people down. Plus i am really new to all this and i dont want it to affect me on Amazon.

Have you considered changing your shipping settings?

if it was purchased on UK site you need to remove international shipping from your templates (or increase your shipping price if you still want to sell there)
if it was on another EU site you need to go to settings - account info - going on holidays and set all but UK to inactive
remember if you do want to sell to EU you need to adjust your prices to reflect VAT and DDP
