Stock has become distributor damaged
Amazon have suddenly moved 9 units my stock to distributor damaged.
30 units were delivered to the FC in December last year.
It is difficult to believe that 9 units were damaged on arrival but not sufficiently to be noticed at the time. I was then fortunate enough that the first 21 units to be sold were the non damaged ones.
I have had lots of tries with seller support on the phone and by email but they won’t help.
They keep asking for the shipment number. When I give it to them the tell me they will not reimburse me as it was not a partnered carrier.
In one case they wrote and asked for the shipment number and I thought, I am not falling for that again, so I said I won’t tell you as you will then reply telling me it was not a partnered carrier.
They wrote back and said we will close this case until you tell us the shipment number.
I gave it.
They wrote back and told me they will not reimburse me as it was not a partnered carrier.
I bet there was a lot of laughter amongst them all when they sent that reply.

Well if it wasn’t a partnered carrier and the shipment was damaged by YOUR carrier, you should be taking it up with them.
So I really am struggling to understand why you have an issue with Amazon for this.
