Just wanted to share a quick update—finally, one of the pallets has moved into the "receiving" status, which is a relief after all the back and forth! However, we’re still waiting on the second pallet to enter the same status.
I’m hopeful that the other pallet will be updated soon, but the waiting game continues. I’ll keep you all posted once I have more news.

I will be closing this thread as a duplicate of 2 Pallets with 70 Cartons Missing Since Sept 7th – No Response from Amazon! HELP!
