ASIN title changed to wrong title but advert remains the same.

I have had a couple of queries from customers today as the title of an existing asin has been changed. The asin has been in existance for a couple of years at least and we sell on it quite happily. We sold 2 of the items today and noticed the name has been changed.

On contacting support they say it has been changed by "Upon review, I have confirmed that the Title attribute for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand."

The upc is still the same for the item not sure why it has been changed as the rest of the advert is still for the original item I had to contact both customers and they both said they were confused when the order confirmation came in for the wrong item.

It may well be that someone has somehow claimed the title and changed it. (god knows how as have tried changing incorrect titles before and the amount of bs and providing documents you have to go through this should have never been possible.

Would it be possible for a MOD to take a look at this issue with open eyes rather than the blinkered response from seller support.
