How to remove Product Feedback

Hi,
My account was hijacked in the early stages of the Brand Registry where full protection was not given to sellers. The product description says ‘Cotton’ but the hijackers sent ‘Polyester’ labelled products, I couldn’t see the design but I think they are not even the same design products.
As a result, Customers left negative feedback but there is one feedback with an image of the label that says the product is actually Polyester! This feedback was only in Spain but now it appears in all markets.

I contacted Amazon several times, and they said they cant do anything about it and asked me to contact to buyer, but I don’t have contact details for the buyer as she is not my customer in the first place.
How can I remove that image?

Obviously your account wasn’t hijacked, you just had other sellers selling on the same listings as you and brand registry was not yet operational for you.

By product feedback you mean reviews. Let’s use the correct terminology as it confuses the situation.

Regarding removing this review, you have absolutely no chance of removing it. Sorry.

If this single review is killing your product sales, I suggest that you close the listing and create a new one with a new barcode. But of course this means you will start from zero sales history and reviews.

What you’re failing or unwilling to grasp is that the customer has given a true and honest review based on their experience of ordering from that ASIN. It is not their fault (or yours) that another seller incorrectly listed against it with an inferior product. You will struggle to get this across to Amazon, however perseverance does sometimes pay off and you may get lucky.

Fingers crossed. :crossed_fingers:t3:
