Seller Account
Dear Seller,
Thank you for completing the video verification. After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe that your account may have been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store. As a result, your account will not be reactivated. We may not respond to further emails about this issue.
I made a video call and sent the documents, but the result is like this, what can I do to open my account?

That message looks fairly terminal and not sure you will be able to open an account
When you did your video verification where you able to supply all the documents they requested. Were there any documents which didn’t match your details such as a passport being in a different name?
Can you think of anything that you have done which may lead them to believe you have acted dishonestly

Amazon are judge, jury, and executioner and it seems pretty explicit to me. I think I would just leave it and move on.
You could try appealing and writing an email but you would need to understand why they have come to this conclusion. Amazon don’t have to prove anything, just to suspect something is enough for them to come to such a decision.
It is hard enough trying to overcome a typo or mismatch but the wording of this appears to go beyond that.

I did not have a supply chain certificate. My account may have been suspended for this reason. If I make an agreement with a supplier and send my document, will my account be activated?
