Seller support contact number
Hi,
My friend has asked me to post this as he has been locked out of his account as Amazon are saying there is suspicious activity. He cannot log in and needs to speak urgently to seller support. Does anyone have the number of seller support? Tried all numbers posted on here previously, but they all have a recording that they’ve been changed.

So how did they let your friend know this then if he has been locked out of his account. Was it by Email, if so probably the best way would be for him to EMail Amazon and ask them to call, as I don’t think there is a number at the moment which will get you through to Amazon.
But just following on from @Kingstar, if its not 2 step varification, then why is your friend locked out and the account not just deactivated. When I have read of accounts with suspicious activity the seller can still log in to the account - i think

We recently had the same issue. Has you friend been asked to verify any bank details? If so you have to let Amazon know before doing so, as making any changes to these is flagged up as suspicious activity, which will result in being locked out. We went round in circles a few times before giving in and requesting a call back from seller support (a last resort for us all). Speaking to them, she made it sound like common knowledge, yet there was no mention of having to let Amazon know before making the changes in the email we received.

Did your friend receive an EMAIL stating his account will be locked out of his account dude to suspicious activity? Because I got this EMAIL and its a SCAM, so make sure you do not click on it and just make sure you report it as a PHISHING SCAM!!! Over the past day, I have received 34 emails stating my account is going to close, its a joke! Do NOT reply to these emails, login to your account as usual and then contact Amazon - never through normal emails!

If you download the seller support app, you can contact them via email or phone call.
Follow steps on app:
- Contact us
- Select issue from drop down menu
- Email option comes up (but look on top page and there is another tab for phone call)
- Put in your number and amazon calls you back.
