Suspension of account, failed appeals - amazon jokers!

We have had our suspension for almost 1 year - amazon have our plans and actions, they have asked for the same thing over and over and over again! it has come to a stage now where seller performance, managing director, jeff bezos, and every other contact you could possibly have will not even be humane enough to reply to our plans our begging, pleading kissing ass(as they want us to) or emails…

LETS BE FRANK… AMAZON IS A HORRIBLE, CONTROLLING, DICTATING, COMPANY THAT PLAYS WITH YOUR F BUSINESS, CASH AND LIVELYHOOD, WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD, YET THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO… THERE IS NOBODY TO SPEAK TO AT AMAZON AS THEY HAVE DEPARTMENTS IN 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES WHO SIMPLY FOLLOW A PROCESS… I HAVE SINCE MOVED MY BUSINESS TO EBAY AND ALTHOUGH THE TRANSITION WAS DIFFICULT ITS NOT BAD ON EBAY… WE HAD TO ADJUST AND ACCEPT
YES SELLING AMAZON IS BETTER AND MORE MONEY TO BE MADE, BUT IF THEY SUSPEND YOU AND KEEP £20K OF YOUR MONEY THEN WHO HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING FOR???

THIS AMAZON IS A MULTI BILLION POUND COMPANY THATS IS GETTING POWERFUL BY THE DAY, YET THEY DO NOT CARE WHO OR WHAT US LITTLE PEOPLE ARE… I AM SURE THERE ARE 1000’S OF SELLERS THAT AGREE WITH MY RANT BUT DO NOT HAVE THE BALLS TO SPEAK OUT… WHAT WILL AMAZON DO SUSPEND ME!!! KEEP MY FUNDS!!! THEY ALREADY HAVE - JEFF BEZOS IS A LIER AND SO ARE HIS LITTLE MARSHMALLOW DIRECTORS… WE ARE ALL HUMAN TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING… INSTEAD WE ARE MAKING AMAZON WHAT IT STANDS FOR TODAY IN THE FINANCIAL WORLD.

My advice is to make ebay work as they are much more seller orientated, THE SICKENING THING IS MY SUSPENSION WAS DUE TO A SINGLE COMPLAINT ABOUT A BATTERY WE SOLD, THE BUYER SAID WAS A COPY JUST TO GET A REFUND!!!, IT WAS NOT AND WE PROVED IT TOO, BUT THEY FIND YOU GUILTY 1ST THEN FAIL TO GIVE YOU THE CHANCE TO PROVE YOURSELF. THE ONLY PHONE CONTACT AS WE ALL KNOW IS SELLER SUPPORT, THEY WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING, THE SALE, MESSAGES, REFUND, COMPLAINT, AND SUSPENSION - THEY AGREED WITH US AND COULD SEE EVERYTHING CLEARLY BUT COULD NOT HELP.

TYPICAL AMAZON - YOU SEND THEM GENUINE INVOICES, BANK STATEMENTS, SUPPLIER WEBSITE DETAILS, EMAILS, THE LOT!! WHAT DO THEY REPLY TO YOU… THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED IS NOT ENOUGH… MY 12 YEAR OLD CAT WOULD WORK IT OUT, BUT NOT AMAZON! SHOULD BE CALLED

Please post the original suspension notice and all additional communication with Amazon regarding the matter, otherwise no one will be able to help.

Most suspensions are easy to appeal, however you need to supply Amazon everything they asked for, including a good Plan of Action.

you are right they can shut down your huge business in minutes and they really dont care.your staff your overheads, your expenses and you are stuck in bad debt and mental stress and health issues but they dont care.they take ages to respond to appeals and all replies are repeated over and over.

Probabaly 95% sellers will agree.
I also believe 95% will say Swich off your caps lock.
I do undertstand how you feel.There is no point to show anger on forum members.

In a similar boat now and keep getting told to do their plan of action as they want, ie admit guilt and provide stuff not used in the UK so having to pester suppliers for only for them to guess what, reject it!
The people who deal with these things simply lack sense, its our way or bugger off and means in effect Amazon are stealing from us.
Very annoying when this can be a huge market but lets be honest us sellers are a issue for them, we are only hear for them to pretend they are not destroying small business and nothing more.

It is very true, as most sellers here know, that talking to Amazon is kind of like talking to a robot. In fact, you will probably have better conversations with Siri. Often you get the same message back and you have to figure out why. I sometimes enjoy this, it is like a game, trying to think ahead a few steps. If I write this or that, what option will that person in India or Tibet or wherever choose, when he sees it? He is trained to act like a robot in a robotic system because he has to choose another 2’000 answers till his shift is over.

So if I put the word collagen in the title, will the robot categorize my product as a food supplement instead of food? (yes) What will my next step be? If I start an approval process for that category while trying to explain and prove my product is a food, I will get rejections because said robot has no time to type me a message such as: write to seller support, you idiot or I will just keep sending you the same rejection.

He does not care if I thrive or go under. His job is to decide, click and move on. So while this is slightly amusing when you try get a hazmat review done or ungate a category, I am sure it is horrible when your seller privileges or livelihood is on the line.

Amazon is not evil at all. It does not want to suspend you for fun or spite. It is actually designed to keep you selling and fix problems that come up. Sure, probably nobody at Amazon cares whether you sell your batteries there or not. But if you want to sell on Amazon, you just have to figure out what the robot wants. And many sellers here are able to help and they will. Your message is powerful enough in itself, you don’t need caps.

one cant help but wonder how or what mr bezos and curr would have done had the British HMRC treated Amazon the same way as they treat sellers and suspended them from operating while they looked into their tax affairs. then froze and kept every penny in their bank account until Mr BEzos sent them a satisfactory appeal that would never be accepted.

We have had many encounters with Amazon support team, regarding false feedback from buyers, fraudulent A-Z claims, and more. Most responses from Amazon were very similar to the ones you have describe above. So it makes sense when you say “THERE IS NOBODY TO SPEAK TO AT AMAZON AS THEY HAVE DEPARTMENTS IN 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES WHO SIMPLY FOLLOW A PROCESS…”. I guess this is one of the dangers when selling on Amazon.
