Sending review email

Hi I want to start sending review emails, but what days are best to send them like are people more likely to review on certain days? Also anything I should include. I should include the link to review the product but how do I do this. Someone emailed my with a link and it takes me directly to the start page of the review. Also is the method by clicking on orders > click on a buyers name > contact > other ?

We don’t require you to request reviews because our systems already do that on your behalf at no cost to you. If you would still like to request a review for a specific order, we recommend that you use the Request a review feature on the Order Details page instead of asking the customer via email or Buyer-Seller Messaging.

When you request a review using this feature, we ask for both a product review and seller feedback for the order in the same email. These requests use standardized language and are automatically translated into the customer’s preferred language.

You can use this feature to request reviews once per order between 5 and 30 days after the order delivery date. This ensures that customers receive relevant, recent review requests.

Is it really wise to go against Amazon’s recommendation for requesting a review given your current situation? Plus that message contains content which is against the rules.

Be careful, encouraging reviews too much can get you the sort you don’t want…

I’d definitely say Tuesdays are best…

Can’t help thinking you are taking a way too risky approach to Amazon given the recent threads on here. You are almost goading Amazon to suspend your account - in that you are not just trying dodgy tactics, but you are documenting them out in the open in the forums!

Just get your head down, sort out the issues with your imagery, descriptions, insurance, approvals etc etc and get a few months of straightforward sales according to Amazon’s policies. If you do that bit properly, the reviews and feedback will naturally (if slowly) follow.

So guys I want to report a person for not having a white background. It’s against amazons rules and I know you guys love the rules. I reported them yesterday and received an email saying they’ll take action but they still have a colour background. How can someone get away with this

Is it wise to get my Amazon guy to fix my ranking for me . What does a full audit mean ?

But guys I’m thinking Amazon maybe it’s too the right way now, maybe I should aim for salons or other retailer who will mass order.
