What is the purpose behind this change.
It doesnt help at all, we now have to search for information that was readilly available in the old view.
And the icing on the cake is now you can't refund an order unless there is a return request open becuase Amazon thinks we are using their App. We do't use the app, never have, we are purely desktop users.
Please tell me this is not a permanent change!
There's been a few posts to this effect. Can only assume its in a small AB test as ours looks the same.
Can you screenshot what it looks like? obscuring any sensitive data of course.
We can still refund on all orders. The only exception being Invoice by Amazon orders - where you can't refund.
I am trying, but unable to put any seller notes in, and i always like to do that to remind myself who has scammed me. I am now unable to do that, any help please

There was nothing wrong with the old view, we now have to search for information that was readilly available in the old view.
I only get it if you click on the link from a customer message.
You can still refund press the 3 dots at the bottom and there is a link to refund.
You can also copy the order number and paste it into the search box at the top of the page and it will take you to the order page we all know and love
Yes, had it as when clicking on the order details from a customer message. I hope it's just a glitch
