Account At risk of deactivation due to Late Dispatch Rate

Hello everyone, I just want to share my experience with seller support.

My account is at risk of deactivation due to late shipping rate.

First of all I'm new seller on amazon and I faced this issue to the very first time my account is at risk of deactivation and I tell you the reason of it. I fullfil my orders on the same day when I received sometimes in just one to 2 hours but due to late pickup by amazon team my account is at risk of deactivation. I choose Easyship method to fullfil my orders and every single time amazon team pickup orders late and my Late Dispatch Rate is increasing. someone please tell me what can I do now and how to solve this issue?

Anyway i feel so disappointed and injustice by support team. how easy your account can be suspended by false informations and you can't do something about it.

You have to contact with amazon support team and explain your issue they will help you otherwise let me know i will send you plan of action for this
