Ungating lego
Hello,
I am a new seller trying to get ungated in different Brands. I have purchased 10 items off of the official LEGO store, provided pictures of the items, packaging, invoice and it keeps on getting rejected - I spoke to customer service and all they could tell me was its a problem with the invoice. Do you have any idea what this may be? Any tips?

What Won't Be Accepted....
- Retail receipts, online order confirmations, packing slips, bill of lading documents, or any purchase document that is not an invoice from the product manufacturer or an authorized distributor
An invoice fro the lego store will be considered a retail receipt.

Seek help from platform customer service, who will provide you with detailed information on which invoice is reasonable and standardized

In addition to what @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfhsaid, as you are a new seller, it is unlikely that you will be ungated for Lego now. I believe you need to have a reasonable sales history before Amazon will allow this. But I could be wrong.
