Read onlyAmazon mistakenly refunded 1,100 of our customers and now our Amazon account balance is approx -£16,000. Obviously the Amazon payment system is going to try to collect this in the next few days. Do they take it from our bank account or charge it to a credit card. Any ideas?
They will take it from your bank account.
It will be taken from whichever card is registered as your primary payment method for that marketplace country. (If you have the funds available obviously).
How could they have mistakenly refunded 1100 customers?? And are you planning to pay it?
1,100 customer refunds? Was it a perceived product recall of some kind?
Transactions are made from your credit card registered to amazon

16k!!!! I'd be phoning your bank to block any transactions from Amazon on this, also....I'd be on Interpols Number 1 and on the front of SkyNews if Amazon did this to me.......
