lots issue here

1. delivery late rate up to 50%. i had invalid charge method at the begining, few orders came to me, but unable to delivered on time, it takes me two weeks to get this sorted which is amazon system money charging problem. After its get fixed i have delivered to customer and used 24hrs delivery service, but the delivery late rate is extremely high, every time I login to my account, it warns me: " you have risk of close account." I have spoke to the team and they couldnt help me, because they havent got authority or permission to help.

2. brand registration- it takes days and days not get passed.

3. its keep ask my identification check, i would like to give them my BRP card info, or my DRIVING LICENCE. because my passport has expried and hasnt renewed yet. i dont go travel lot, so i dont want to renew my passport i think UK brp and driving licence still could prove who am I in this country.
