Warehouse Errors

For Months I have been getting delivery errors on every delivery I send in

Sometimes I might be missing 200 units but under the line of missing units its shows. This or something similar.

FBA15H7HCGVL_unexpected_item_02 = which is the 200 unist missing!

It then take weeks for Amazon to reconcile the stock, whilst I have to send more in to ensure the subscriptions are fullfilled. I use the box labels on every delivery that Amazon tells you to use.

Then on other occasions like the last delivery 900 units. 270 only booked in. I raise a case with Amazon. They then ask for proof of deliver which have from DHL. Then after days or a week the ask for proof of purchase or ownership. Which we dont have as we make the product in the first place from scratch.

So unless they will accept an invoice for ingedients I am not sure what they want us to do or provide. Yes I tell customer support this but in tru Amazon style they justy repeat the previous message sayng exactly the same thing.

The issue seems to be when the product gets to the main warehouse, they book in so many, then they send a certain amount to the satelight warehouses, its those that are not booked in even though they should still have the orginal Amazon box labels on them!

Any ideas?

you produce an official invoice from your “manufacturing dept” to your “sales dept” with all the product details on that match the info Amazon has on file.
