Charged money on a deactivated account

Hi I signed up a week ago. submitted documentation, then got notification that my account was deactivated. No idea why. Anyway a few days later they took 35 euro and 71 cent out of my account and I don’t know why? I assume it’s the monthly seller fee but my account is deactivated so surely I wouldn’t/shouldn’t be charged? I can’t find the right place to query this. I got through to account health but they couldn’t help me because my account is deactivated! Can anyone direct me to somewhere that can deal with my query

All newly registered accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info. This can take a while as there are so many new sellers signing up daily.

There is no set fee to sell on Amazon, so you must have signed up for the Professional selling plan.
You can downgrade by going to Settings - Account Info - Selling on Amazon - Your Services - Manage, and downgrade to individual plan, at least until you are fully verified and able to start selling.
You have to do this yourself, Seller Support won’t do it for you.
As you say they took euros, which marketplace did you sign up on ? - presumably not UK ?
Where are you based ?
