Change a shipment date

Delay in the shipment date, USPS is too expensive, so it needs to be changed to UPS and change the shipping date (delivery widow).

Hi am new seller on amazon my shipment date is delayed I filled the delivery window date as 8/03 on the time of shipment creation but its 8/14 and still its not reached at fulfilment center. Amazon is saying if its not delivered by 8/21 inventory would be able to investigate . Am not even able to edit Delivery windows now . Can you please help me what to do now ?
