Is this an Amazon label?

A customer has advised one of my products has had the incorrect label attached, resulting in them recieving the wrong product, which i’ve had to refund. Second such complaint this week. Please see screenshot. Could Amazon have put this label on, or is it another seller?

Yes it’s an Amazon label, the only way another seller could would be to buy it, tag it and return it… Amz putting it back into your inventory. Seems a lot of hassle really.

If this is FBA, aren’t customer services resolving this?
