Additional Postage payments?
I recently had a Shirt returned as non deliverable and the Buyer asked me to re-send it.
I advise he would have to pay for the 2nd lot of postage and he agreed.
However, I can see nowwhere on Amazon how I can charge him for the additional postage.
Is it possible to charge him ?

I saw a listing the other day where the product detail page was clearly set up as a non-existant order exactly for this reason, to add on an additional delivery charge!
Looked well dodgy though and probably breaches numerous policies.
I expect it has since been removed.

Refund the order then get them to order again.

I can’t see that option.
All I see is additional refund - you cannot put anything in the refund box other than a positive, additional amount.

You refund 1st order then get the customer to reorder again and send same item back out.
Seems simple enough to me.

Get him to re-order, and only partial refund the first order, minus the cost of the shipping of the new one.

Could you give a full refund for the first order, and then before they make the 2nd order, update your postage costs to cover both shipments? Or just update the price of the item to include the £3.20?
Just make sure they are ready to make the purchase before you update the price, to not deter other customers.
