Lack of support from amazon
20% of our turnover is through amazon. From one day to the next non of our products are available to buy. Could it be we didn’t update our company details for the German market as we’ve past a certain turnover. I have no idea and no contact that makes any sense from amazon. Are the messages ever read by a human? Our Christmas sales zero and still no contact from amazon explaining why from one day to the next without any warning we dissapear and why 2 weeks later we have NO reponse.

Amazon is not going to message you if sales are down or even zero.
Check your account to make sure its active and all listings are showing.
Make sure all your verifications and documents are up to date.

Thats just it , our listings are not active. I spoke to someone at amazon yesterday who said according to european regulations they have to verift or reverify that we are are who we say we are, despite the fact we have been on amazon for many years now and have provided our company listing document with the French authorities. We were asked to show the shareholding structure of the company so I had to dig around in AGM minute records. All this after our listings had been deactivated. Most frustrating and no explanation.
