General Guidance - Germany Account Payout
Just a quick one,
We have a bit of cashflow tied up our .DE account and are not planning on selling on that marketplace, as we see no benefit.
Amazon deactivated it due to us not having tax obligations in place. Obviously, we don’t want to waste time sorting this out and would rather we just pulled the money from the account and no longer sell.
How do we go about getting that money back? It has been 6 months…
Have I made a mistake somewhere?

You likely need to speak with an accountant. You need to ascertain if you have incurred a potential liability and what it would take to resolve it. I doubt Amazon will let you just take the money without taking some kind of affirmative action.
