Restricted policy violations
Hi I need a little help on how to handle this issue.
I have had a restricted policy violation for a potted lily of the valley plant it says
This product has been identified as containing a herbal ingredient listed by the MHRA as banned or restricted for medicinal use in the UK:
this is a PLANT that has been imported from the netherlands and I have all the appropriate documents and a phytosanitary certificate showing it has been imported legally if it contained a banned ingredient it would have been stopped at the port of entry.
aside from all that how can a lily of the valley plant which I have been selling on years on amazon and there are hundreds more like it all of a sudden be restricted.
can anyone help on the best way to address this issue as I am at a loss

I was always told as a child this was a very poisonous plant
is there a warning as such on the listing that may have been picked up by the bots ?

there are a lot of plants which are poisonous eg lilies are very toxic to cats, but that does not mean they have a banned substance which is what they are saying. if we never planted any that were poisonous we would have very few plants in the garden
I have gone right through the listing and it does say
AFTER FLOWERING POISONOUS, ORANGE-RED, BERRY-LIKE FRUITS ARE PRODUCED.
could this be the reason and if so how do I address it
