VAT on seller fees -Zero rated?
Am i right in thinking that VAT is zero rated on all amazon seller fees throughout the amazon EU marketplaces ?

No that is wrong. VAT is charged at your prevailing rate and required to be self-accounted.
It is complicated but Amazon are currently charging fees out of a different EU country, so VAT doesn’t have to be charged at source if you are VAT registered . You do however need to self account for the VAT on your own VAT filing.
Amazon are in the process of changing the payment and billing entity for Amazon.co.uk to a UK company which I believe means that VAT will start to be charged at source on all UK merchant fees.

If you are VAT registered in the UK all your Amazon fees are Zero rated.
