What time frame best to delete sold through listings?
Hi
Once i have sold through my stock, and I will not be re stocking them at all / foreseeable future.
What is the best time frame after last time sold to delete the item from my inventory?
Why should I delete it or not delete it too?

Why would you not want to delete a listing you are not going to be restocking?
There have been threads on the forums where old items long sold have been resold even though there has been no stock available which obviously will cause you problems and go against your metrics.
here is one I have found with a quick search but there have been a couple more within the last 12 months

Most of my stock (largely books) won’t be replenished. I used to keep on top of inactive listings but found i was sometimes a little over eager with deleting them. Returns are relatively rare but i decided to keep old listings for a month just in case.
Then i just stopped deleting them entirely. Currently have 650 inactive listings which i suppose i could go through and delete, but they aren’t really doing any harm as they are. Maybe i’ll set aside some time to do them, but it’s really low on my list of priorities.

When an item sells it will still appear in your inventory, as out of stock, but only you can see it. So, it makes no difference to selling if you leave it there, or remove it. I remove them so that I have an accurate count of items I have listed.
