Some listings are inactive due to listing errors
Since yesterday, some listings have been inactive and the reason given is that the listings error and the FBA inventory is stranded. I'm confused what went wrong. It feels like more listings will be inactive soon.

Hi @Seller_aigRgonyq3taV,
Just to make sure I’m correctly understanding the issue: When you go to Inventory > FBA Inventory, do you see any error messages indicating that inventory is not linked to an active listing?
If that’s the case, you might need to re-create the listing using the same SKU and ASIN to re-link the stranded inventory to an active listing so it can be sold. Before re-creating the listing, though, check if you can find it under 'Manage All Inventory'. Sometimes, the issue can be fixed directly there, which might be easier than re-creating the entire listing.
I don’t think you need to worry too much about other listings being affected. In my experience, this usually happens due to an error during an update of an individual listing.
Kind regards, Michael

It's long been common for an FBA item that has just sold to spuriously appear as "Stranded - Inventory Error" for a few minutes. But over the weekend, I've seen that status showing on my Seller Central page for several hours before finally clearing up.
In all cases, I could check and see that that same item that was "Stranded" was also listed in Pending FBA.
My advice is that you do nothing regarding a Stranded item for at least 24 hours; they almost always (in my experience, anyway) will clear up with no problem

It happened to us today too. Just refresh the listing, it will fix itself.

Happens daily for us. I refresh the stranded reason and it typically goes away.

this happens a lot. Just refresh the stranded reason and it’ll resolve itself
