Can you use 4x4" labels with SFP Buy Shipping?
Hi folks, I’m currently on the SFP trial, looking to onboard with both Royal Mail and DPD. I’ve been sent 4x4" labels by DPD to print a test label and send back to them in order to complete onboarding.
We use 6x4" labels for all shipments up to this point but were excited to go 4x4" as they fit on our packages a lot nicer.
Anyway, I’ve tried to print a test label, and the only options really are 6x4"… I just wanted to confirm with some long time SFP’ers- is there really no way to get 4x4" labels to work for Amazon Buy Shipping? It’d be a shame if not possible, but if it isn’t possible I can quickly get over it and move ahead with 6x4", but currently I’m stuck trying to figure it out.
Any help warmly welcomed. Thanks,

The only way is to scale the label smaller in print settings, by about 70 percent, but then the printed label will be narrower.
DPD labels are square but Royal Mail are not, so its just best to stick with 6x4 labels.

Hi, thanks for your reply. That’s unfortunate, but I guess 6x4" labels it is…
Much appreciated.
