Amazon,Please Stop the Insane “Robbery” of Sellers! Over $10,000 in Storage Fees was charged by crazy amazon

In the past six months, our account was deactivated due to so-called “account linkage issues.” As sellers, we accepted this outcome and only wanted to remove our inventory from the account to minimize our losses. However, since July 2024, Amazon’s actions have left us utterly disappointed and questioning its basic ethics and responsibilities towards sellers.

Amazon, your behavior is an insane “robbery” of sellers!

Since July 2024, we have repeatedly attempted to create removal or disposal orders for our inventory, but Amazon has arbitrarily canceled these orders without any reasonable explanation! Meanwhile, the inventory that has been held hostage continues to rack up exorbitant monthly and long-term storage fees, with $800 to $1,500 in fees being “robbed” from us every month—even though we have absolutely no control over this inventory! (please check those images)

As of January 2025, the storage fees caused by Amazon’s refusal to process our removal orders have accumulated to over $10,000. TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS! This is not a small amount; it is the direct result of Amazon’s unreasonable and opaque actions!

We have made countless attempts to contact Amazon’s official customer service, email support, and other relevant departments. Yet every time, we are met with evasion, dismissive responses, or outright silence. For the specific issues we raised, you have provided no explanations. Instead, you cancel our removal orders over and over again while continuing to charge storage fees. Has Amazon crossed the ethical line of doing business?

We are now officially demanding that Amazon address and resolve the following two critical issues:

1.Why does Amazon repeatedly cancel our removal or disposal orders? This is the root cause of our long-term burden of unreasonable storage fees. We need a clear and reasonable explanation!

2.For the excessive storage fees (over $10,000) caused by your arbitrary cancellations of our removal orders, we demand compensation! These fees are entirely the result of Amazon’s misconduct and unreasonable actions.

Amazon, as a global e-commerce giant, stop exploiting and “robbing” sellers through these unethical practices! We demand a responsible response and concrete actions to resolve this issue immediately!

If Amazon continues to ignore our demands, we will not hesitate to seek legal action or expose this issue through the media to defend our rights. We believe that thousands of sellers worldwide are also experiencing similar injustices, and they deserve to know how Amazon treats its sellers!

We demand that Amazon face this issue, stop unjustifiably holding our inventory hostage, and put an end to this outrageous “robbery” of sellers!

In order to address this issue, you will first need to address the account deactivation you mentioned here. I recommend creating a new thread in the Account Health section of our forums, requesting one of our Account Heath Specialists review the details of your deactivation, and ask they recommend next steps.

If you do so, and do not receive a response, let me know here.
