Inventory Discrepancy & No Response on Lost Inventory Cases

I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with my shipments. There’s a consistent discrepancy of 20 units between the inventory I shipped and what Amazon has received. I have repeatedly opened cases for lost inventory and applied for reimbursement, submitting all the required documents. Despite mentioning each case ID and shipment ID, I haven’t received any responses or updates from Amazon.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice on how to escalate or resolve these cases would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out about this! Just to confirm, did you request an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipments? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

If the discrepancies are not resolved after those investigations, please send me your shipment IDs and case IDs and I'd be happy to take a look to see how I can help further!
