How to SUE amazon. Amazon "STOLE " Over $2000 from my account.

My frustration is mounting. To summarize, the Amazon FBA team committed a severe system error by wrongly linking an ASIN to my account. Shockingly, they proceeded to deliver unwanted merchandise to my doorstep and then invoiced me over $2000 for their FBA removal fee, all for an ASIN that is entirely unrelated to me.

It's been an entire month since I first reached out to them. Talk to them everyday and while they express regret and admitted their fault, they have taken no steps to reimburse me. In fact, they seem to be incrementally charging me each day.

How can I escalate this matter? How Should I reach out to higher management or consider legal action? What steps should I take to address this situation effectively?

You mentioned being in constant contact with Seller Support about this, do you have a case ID number on hand that I can review? I will look to see what escalation options are available after investigating this issue further. I look forward to your reply!

When you signed up to sell, you did read the TOS for sellers?

Suing them will not work as you agreed to not do that in order to sell here. However, I do bring your attention to section 18 where it talks about arbitration. I actually do recommend arbitration for this, especially since they have chosen to not make this right.

Whether you CAN or not doesn't matter. The cost of actually suing Amazon will be much more than the $2,000 and you might still lose.

At least with Arbitration it's less expensive and IF you win they have to pay your costs as well.

Waiting is the best option since the plan for Amazon is to wear you down and grind you into dust so that you just give up.

MOST things eventually get resolved at least to some degree.

I don't understand....

Is the issue that amazon returned the items to you?

OR, are these items not your items?

OR, the issue is the amount amazon charged you?

Arbitration if you have all your paperwork in order. Amazon will come with a lawyer who probably hasnt even heard about your case until that day. If you come as Unprepared you will lose.

Arbitration you are looking at 2-5k in costs. It is a flat fee depending on the amount you are seeking.

For more clarification, the Product DOES NOT belong to me. I have nothing to do it. Amazon has accepted their mistake and confirmed that It has nothing to do with me, YET they charged me for the removal of the the product . In Fact they dumped it outside my house, Which is insane.

Its been a month that they keep telling me that they are working on it. I dont know what they are working on when they have identified that it DOES NOT belong to me.

Do you have this in writing from Amazon?

Stop calling them, do everything in writing.

If indeed they acknowledged their mistake, they will fix it.

Just checking, have you already opened a case to request to be reimbursed for the removal order?

The monopoly Amazon has created means they can steal from every seller as often as they want, and do, and will. I accept I am going to lose money each month on Amazon, and to just be happy I am aloud to keep as much as I do. Just like shoplifters in a physical building, I know I am going to lose money each month either to Amazon, or customers they have groomed into legally shoplifting using Amazon's own policies. Unfair? Yes. Is it going to happen EVERY month? Yes. It is the price of selling on such a super powers website? Apparently. Either have to accept it, or walk away. When the pain of staying out weighs the pain of leaving, I will go. Until then I know I am going to lose money each month. Good luck.

It would indeed..., COST YOU quite a "FORTUNE" to sue amazon (ONLY in the state of WA - where they are located. Regardless that you agreed in writing NOT TO . . ., one CAN DO SO!' When I was Deactivated over 7 #1's (out of 3,000 sales (DUE TO USPS Postal DELAYS, early on during COVID - amazon KEPT the BALANCE of my $$??!?!? THEY DO NOT 'PLAY' FAIR/nor, abide by their own Rules (which IS NOT the LAW)!!
