Image Edit Change

Dear Community,

We have edited Images for one ASIN and it is saved but it is not reflecting on portal. When we go back to the edit section we see old Images on the top bar but below section show’s new correct Images that we saved.

So we have raised ticket and Amz says only brand owner can change it. What to do here

Depending on the brand of the product, the brand owner may have control of the listing.

Unfortunately to confuse you Amazon also at times consider the person who made the listing to be the brand owner, even if they have no legal affiliation with the brand.

So if you didn’t make the listing, and you aren’t the legal brand owner then the only option you can try is to upload more photos than is currently on the listing, to fool the bot into thinking yours are better so they “win” the photo contribution
