RM C&D and IOSS
Hi there
Does anyone know if the deal with Click and Drop and IOSS. What fields should we be providing and where to put them.
Im hoping this will be the end of the delays in customs.
Thank you

My understanding is that Royal Mail Click and Drop pulls the relevant IOSS number off the marketplace and pre-advises the relevant customs authority with the information electronically. It then puts the IOSS logo onto the label.
The problem is it isn’t working because I have been contacted this morning about 2 packages I sent in August to Spain. Both customers complaining that Correos (the Spanish post office) are asking them to pay duty before they’ll deliver their goods.
Either that or there are some scammers out there taking advantage of the mess that is Brexit and have identified that Spain are suffering delays so are chancing their arm. .
Amazon need to help on this subject. It’s beyond the control of sellers. It requires liaison between Amazon, Royal Mail and the EU customs authorities.

Hi,
We did manually enter the IOSS number on the click and drop site, under Default customs information settings.
I was just double checking the IOSS number, but that box seems to have gone, and now the only option there is the IOSS GBP cut off level box, which wasn’t there before.
Looking at this now, I think The_Ding_Dong_Bazaa1 may be right and it must automatically add the IOSS number now.
Next time you print off an address label, look on there and there should be a small black circle icon, which says IOSS on it.
Hopefully this helps.
