Help with Listing New Product that won't save please
Hi
It’s been a long while since I listed a new product, I have done the listing, added the images, all is fine without any red on the tabs, the “save and finish” is clickable, but it won’t save and I have no idea why.
Any clues?

I get this sometimes but it usually submits the second time you press the button. No idea why!

Seller Support replied to me saying there are no other cases with it, I have sent a link to the thread. I have now been trying for days, this is not my end, they say wait 24 hours, I have waited 4-5 days and some since March.
Have any of you opened a case with Seller Support?
I was going to list all weekend and all I’ve done is go around in circles with this, wasted so much time with it. So many items ready to list and I can’t. So frustrating.

Are we getting anywhere yet. Tried again this morning and still nothing. I raised this with seller support and they just sent me a load of links to do exactly what I had already done.

Try a flat file upload. We have had issues in the past and a flat file usually does the trick. Though we have given up on a couple of changes, as even a flat file did not work and SC as always was unhelpful.

Exactly the same problem being faced by us also. On Add Product Screen "Save and Finish " not working . Filled in all mandatory data, no red lines but still the record doesn’t get saved.

So, I reluctantly grappled with the flat file upload. It took a lot of tries, but I eventually got one product listed as a draft and was able to fix it from there. From the reports the system was giving me on the mistakes I had made in the Excel document I uploaded, there were various things it wasn’t happy with – my guess is that the upload page also wasn’t happy but didn’t actually tell me why – lots of specifics about ISBN numbers and titles in my case.

This is still happening, Seller Support tell me it is my end, I have tried different PC’s and different browsers, it is not my end.

Just to report this issue is still happening.
It’s been happening to us for over a year, and it was a major reason that we’re removing most of our listings on Amazon. We’re just consolidating remaining listings into one.
Have tried 4 different browsers, waited days in between, different devices, same issue.
It seems to be listing dependent.

I had the same problem.
After several trials I found out that Amazon does not accept the listings with variations that includes different External Product ID Types. My listing icludes 2 variation type and in total of 12 variations. Half of the variations were already sold on Amazon before so, for them I added ASIN, other 6 products were supposed to add Amazon for the first time and I added EAN for them. But in this case, I had the same problem, no error but listing not saved either.
I changed the ASINS and gave the products new EAN and SKU numbers. Then listing saved successfuly.
