Inactive listing due to a lack of EPR DE WEEE.
Dear Amazon Seller Support Centre,
Our listing is currently inactive due to a lack of EPR DE WEEE. We have already applied for EPR DE WEEE, but it is still in progress. We also have a merchant ID token, but it will take 5-6 weeks to be issued. If our listing remains inactive, our sales will decline, and our account may suffer. Is there a way to overcome this situation? I am seeking assistance from amazon and have already opened a case. The case number is 9935233312. Is there anyone who can help us resolve this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It is generally not allowed to place goods on the market without a WEEE registration. How do you think Amazon or anyone else should help you to circumvent legal regulations?

in general, as per help page about EPR requirements: WEEE in Germany you need to take this into account:
"Only submit a WEEE-Reg.-Nr. on the Compliance Portal once it is visible on Stiftung ear’s publicly available registry. This may take up to 72 hours after you receive your registration certificate. Your WEEE-Reg.-Nr. will be marked as invalid if we cannot find it on the list of registered producers and authorized representatives."
I checked your case ID and after an update from today it looks like the number is valid, so I guess the registry was just updated in time. You should see the result on your EPR Compliance Portal within the next 2 business days.
