Returns for the month
Hi, apologies if this has been covered i’ve done a search but cannot find anything. I would like to have a list of returns for the month of August . I fulfill orders myself . I have gone into reports , then return reports . Put the dates in but it only gives me a choice to download in XML or TSV neither of which I can download a readable report on. Anyone help?

If you got excel you should be able to open it. If you haven’t got Excel then download Open Office which is free and has a lot of functions of Excel.
It is one of my little whinges with Amazon in that their reports come in multiple different formats. There should be a single standard for all reports.

TSV is a Tab Separated Value which you can easily open in Excel or notepad. Are you looking for something in PDF?

The TSV isnt readable its all over the place . I would like something that I can print off pdf or Csv

Thank you , I have copied it , opened excel and pasted and its a lot more readable, I can at least print it now and add a copy for my accountant . Thanks for your help
