GTIN Exemption approved but still asking for product ID when creating listing
Hi,
I have been granted a GTIN Exemption for my brand name but when I try to create a new listing I'm told - Brand Authorisation Required: and UPC Exemption Required: and a button shows telling me to Apply to Sell. This is different from the approval email I received, with video tutorial link, both saying I don't need to input a product ID/ASIN number now I have been GTIN approved.
How can I get past this stage. Seems like I'm still going around in circles and my manufacturer is upset as every is ready to go.
