Can anyone help with this? We’ve been asked to provide:
"Business name on submitted Statutes should be ''
Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register)."
My wife and I are partners in our business, we are not a limited company. We are not sure what we should send Amazon by way of documents. We can provide copies of our accounts and proof of ID but has anyone else has experience of this and what did they provide Amazon with?

When i did this i sent a letterheaded letter with the company name and all relevent details included both partners names address with a 50% share showing against each name with both signatures
