Deactivated account appeal
My individual seller account was open for a few days and doing well until, I’m guessing, someone didn’t like the competition, and reported a few of my products so my account was deactivated by Amazon until sorted.
I’ve appealed, obviously, as I’ve done nothing wrong, and have sent them all the proof they requested. However, it’s been a week now and I’ve still not heard back.
I messaged again 2 days ago and all I get is a generic message saying they are reviewing my account.
I really need my account sorted so I can start selling my stock again as at the moment I now just have it all sitting here doing nothing. Anyone any idea how long this review process could take??

Many new sellers are requested to provide documentary evidence of authenticity for the items they list, especially if they are ‘hot’ branded items.
Keep checking your performance notifications screen and messages flag in case they need any more information.

In order to get any response that could be of any help here, can you post the notification you got from Amazon?
Also your appeal that you sent to them?
This way we can try to help
