Need help from a MOD please regarding lack of Seller Support for Loss of Buy Box on all items I am not the only one experiencing this

Over the past few days about 400 different ASINs have gone from winning the Buy Box to just being eligible for sale. As an example ASINs: B0DGQVTJPH, B0CP9ZMWZ6, B0CPR9JQ8S, B0CPB3DQ1F and others
Specifically with regards to ASIN B0DGQVTJPH FNSKU: X004E4AAEP I posed this question to "Seller Support" in Case ID 16622438721
"As of a few days ago it was a featured offer with over 1,000 units sold in past 30 days but now it shows as just available for sale. It is FBA only so delivery option and customer service are all provided by Amazon. Price hasn't changed in a week, why is it no longer "featured"?" Over the phone Seller Support standard told me the standard responses that they can't give me specifics and the usual links for info I can find myself that doesn't really address the question at all.
Every item we have that is not competing with other offers is in this same situation, thousands of total FBA sales over the past 10 days over 100s of items that are no longer featured and no longer selling. I looked into the forums and apparently I am not alone

as another high volume seller noted the same issue and an additional seller responded "me too".
Is this a search glitch, a programming error, a serious problem I or Amazon is unaware of but need to address? For the most part I haven't changed offer prices on these items at all over the past 3-6 months, only a handful that the market has changed on.
My guess is some algorithm was changed recently that is causing this problem, but Seller Support can't discuss details, answer questions as to if this is a know issue that is being worked on behind the scenes etc. I have another 5,000 minimum FBA units to ship ASAP but if they aren't going to sell there is no point.
Could a MOD please look into this for myself and the other affected sellers and provide us any clarity?

No algorithm has changed. You aren't always going to get the buy box. There are 100's of posts on here every day about it.

I have reviewed the ASIN's you provided and can see that you have Featured Merchant for these ASIN's. As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 stated, the Featured Offer rotates and you will not have it 100% of the time. If you still need me to look into other ASIN's, please provide your Seller Support case, however, it appears that everything is working as intended.
