Wow. Absolutely Speechless at the incompetence of Seller Support!

Not the first time we have had the delight of dealing with Seller Support, so I am not surprised we are here, but…

Over a week ago we noticed that our Premium Shipping Eligibility had been revoked which we are puzzled about since our metrics are good: 99.5% on time delivery rate, 0.5% pre fulfilment cancel rate and 100% valid tracking rate.

I opened a case and seller support told us we had to contact the seller performance team and initiate a callback request from the account performance page - we did this but the lady on the phone (who sounded like she was in outer Mongolia, chickens sqwawking in the background) seemed not to know what to do, told us that it was a matter for seller support and that she could not deal with it…

We contact Seller Support again and are told that no, they cannot help us (despite what we were told on the phone) this is a matter for Seller performance. Please email seller-performance@amazon.co.uk or initiate another call back request.

Over the last week we have sent 5 emails to seller performance and not heard back from them at all. Ive just initiated another call back request and were told various different things which had nothing to do with what we were even asking and then told again that they cannot help us, contact Seller Support.

This is one of our busiest periods of the year since we sell a lot of regimental memorabilia and with veterans day coming up we have customers literally screaming at us that they need their orders next day. We are losing business (and hair) because of it.

What are we to do?

Don’t keep emailing the email. They combine as one and you will be put to the bottom of the list.
I would chase it if I have not heard after a week or so, not one email every day for 5 days.

Short-term, up your pricing and upgrade all your deliveries to next day delivery?

its that - premium shipping cancellation rate needs to be below 0.5% not equal to or below - you’ll notice the other 2 are specifically equal to or above - this one is purely below
