I have been bought them from the amazon.com marketplace so, I have an invoices from the Amazon. I had been sold them last 5 months ago and I have already deleted the listing. When I bought them I really did not know how to caused a problem.
But, Amazon is still continue to selling them at the UK marketplace. If the product does not match the policies, does not it cover to Amazon?
I have submitted appeals and invoices several times but Amazon does not accept them. I have no idea or any information what Amazon request from me exactly? What kind of evidence do I need? I do not know.. What can I provide more than the invoice and my apologizes. I want to reactivate to my account. I have read all policies and understand all of them.
Could someone help me about that?
