Amazon still not removing complaints regardless of dozens of contacts from brand

Apologies for reaching out to you, but I have nowhere left to turn, my appeals are closed, tickets rejected, phone calls hung up on, endless attempts to have my issue resolved, and dealing with this is making me ill.

Oh the 16th June I received a number of “Counterfeit without test purchase” claims from Tom McCarthy, of Sol Retail, on behalf of Beauty Kitchen.

I spoke to Tom directly, agreed to remove my stock, and he would revoke the complains, we both did this as discussed.

7 of the 11 complaints were removed, but 4 are still on my account, and are slowly closing more and more of our account down, losing the ability to sell brands, being gated, emails and notifications about how at risk we are, yet no-one seems to care.

I have spoken to Amazon at least 50 times in the past month, am on first name terms with Tom, and literally do not know what else to do.

Myself, and Tom have sent countless emails, and contact to Amazon to remove these complaints on our account, but no-one will acknowledge this and remove them, even though the brand who applied them, is revoking them!

I have spend at least 200 hours on the phone trying to get anyone to deal with this, with no success, 100s of tickets, all closed, 100s of appeals showing the emails that I have been CC’d into, from Tom, to Amazon, telling you to revoke the complaints, and dealing with this for nearly two months is making me ill.

Myself and Tom have nothing left to provide, all proof, revokes, emails, brand registry appeals, all do nothing. I don’t know what to do any more.

I will include a selection of images below that hopefully explain this a bit more, but please help me fix this. My account health has been 1 complaint off my account being closed for two months, and no-one cares.

The brand have contacted Amazon at least 20 times, every time I have to contact them I am embarrassed to be dealing with this, and wasting Tom’s time.

Please see the attached images of one example of Tom contacting you to remove the complaints. I dont know what more we can do.

As you probably know this is NOT Amazon you are speaking to, but just a forum of other sellers.
A forum mod may be able to escalate to the relevant department ?

Mediation in what way sorry?

At present a case has been with the Leadership team for 3 weeks, who are waiting for the technical team to investigate.

I also have an email with the managing director’s team, but have not heard back.

I can’t find anyone with the same issue, where a brand has spammed Amazon with requests to remove complaints, and Amazon have not acted on it.
