We are receiving multiple e-mails daily in lots of different languages we do not speak from amazon relating to our products not allowed to be sold in other regions. We have never sold outside the United Kingdom and do not wish to be part of multiple global accounts. we are now receiving warnings that our Sweden account is at risk of closure for products that cannot be sold there (This may impact our ability to sell in the UK if closed down by amazon). We have attempted to close the global accounts, however amazon state this is not possible and we would need to close the full account and not be able to sell in the UK. Also all the global accounts are marked as inactive on our settings except the UK one which is where we trade.

What a Nightmare!

We disabled this settings under FBA settings and yet Amazon still keeps buying the product from us and selling it globally. On our listings we see the following offers of Amazon in the UK and Germany:

Sold by Amazon EU

We created numerous cases to Amazon and we have been dealing with the issue for 3 months now with Amazon only saying "they escalated it to the internal team" The waiting game never ended.

What can we do to finally stop Amazon from buying our products to sell globally since we already disabled the settings.

I noticed some of our products are appearing under our "see all products" page under "global store", probably about 5% of our products, do you know why this is? as we only have shipping set to UK only.

Does anyone have experience with this?
