Virtual Identity Verification Bill of Lading
I received a Virtual Identity Verification Notice and Amazon sent a day and time for the interview.
They mentioned I'll need ID, Bank Statement, and Bill of Lading.
They did not specify which Bill of Lading or delivery paperwork etc is needed...How can I find out so that I have all of the paperwork necessary on the call readily available? We sell many different items and have likely had hundreds of shipments over the years.
