My account was deactivated last year in November 2023. I got it reinstated by providing proof of delivery on October 9th, 2024. But in the month of August 2024, Amazon deducted following two amounts from my seller central without any reason.

6/21/2024 (-$21,938.60)
Since I got my account reinstated I am calling Amazon support everyday and they just keep forwarding my cases to another dept. Since October 9th, I am trying to get my funds but there is no positive response from Amazon Support team, they don't even know why amazon deducted the amount.
Now someone from Amazon Brand Registry is telling me that these were deducted as Advertising cost. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AMAZON BRAND REGISTRY. They are not even able to find the reason why the amount was deducted. I belive its a technical glitch. Can someone help me with my funds ?
