Listing states it's inactive(Blocked)
Hi all,
Recently started selling SumUp machines on Amazon, all going smoothly, sales going through then BAM! 15 minutes ago hit with our listing marked as ‘inactive’ and says ‘Blocked’ next to it! I bought these from a well-known wholesaler for selling onto Amazon, I’ve had no complaints, they’re going out Tracked 48. I do plan on appealing and providing the invoice, I’m looking for tips on how to get it successfully revoked from others whom have.
No -one else’s listings appear to have been taken down. Any tips on how to successfully get this appealed?

As mentioned you’ll need to look for the notification, but i wouldn’t be surprised if it is about “authenticity”. Whilst there are a couple of other sellers on the listing aside from the brand owner, none of them have a price below the brand owner which it seems you did.

Plus they could be working their way through blocking all listings not by the brand owner if it was only 15 mins ago
