Read onlyWe currently sell Nike products on Amazon that we buy generally from Nike direct or from Nike stores. We have just received an authenticity complaint from a customer and have the retail receipt proving we purchased the product from a Nike store, the dates we purchased it and the correct quantity compared to the sales we have made on Amazon since we purchased them. We have submitted the retail receipts and Amazon have just refused the appeal saying they don't accept retails receipts unless they contain the correct information, which it does but with it being a retail receipt it doesn't contain our business name.
Any help from you guys and forum moderators would be much appreciated.
Thanks Mark @ UK Trainers
Unfortuantely, they don't accept retail receipts, unless you happen to get lucky with who you get through to.
Amazon want to see a valid supply chain - ie buying from a wholesaler.
Hello! @Seller_eSc8X5lQq8ZwD
This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums to seek support with your authenticity complaints.
Upon reviewing the latest notification regarding your appeal, it is stated that retail documents are not acceptable unless they accurately reflect the items, quantities, and information associated with your Amazon seller account.
Handling appeals involving Nike products can be intricate. As a top brand across various marketplaces, Nike necessitates a rigorous approach, and the avenues for appeal without the required documentations are very limited. Reading across the Forums, this is a repeated challenge for Selling Partners, we can only advise you to follow the recommendations provided in the notification sent on 9 October 2024.
Alternatively and as mentioned in the notification, If your receipt does not include all required elements as previously stated, you may submit a copy of a bank or credit card statement as supporting documentation. This bank or credit card statement must include contact information that matches your Amazon seller account and include the transaction documented by the retail receipt you submit.
Thank you for your understanding,
Roberto
